Optics for light and sensor applications
Through our in-house moulding facility, we are able to offer lenses and other moulded glass products in diameters ranging from ( 3 mm - 110 mm ) for light and sensor applications in a wide variety of designs (e.g. with openings, edgings, perforations, contours, double lenses, multiple lenses etc.), made by one- or two-sided blank moulding and in ground and polished finish.
On request, we can also produce lenses with mount in accordance with your drawings or samples. All lenses and other moulded glass items are made for the complete product range from B270, F2 or Duran. In order to make the lenses heat-resistant and therefore less sensitive to thermal influences. they are subjected to a further hardening process.
All lenses can be supplied on request and in accordance with the customers’ specifications with reflective or anti-reflective coatings for specific wavelengths right up to broadband, in hardened finish.
